Special orders if the paintings
are framed. Canvas Floater Frames or Canvas Picture Frames. Shipping price to be advised.
As the art work has to be hand painted or drawn from the day of the order is accepted. Shipping times will therefore take place from that date.
The time frame required would be upto 30 days to complete the artwork then another 5 to 15 days shipping. These time frames to be confirmed, shortened or longer periods to be advised at the time of purchase. Please keep in mind we want you as our customer to be 100% happy with your purchase, so this will reflect in the time frames as mentioned. A point in case is that our artist is renowned for the work that you are purchasing and may be busy with another project, therefore we will be guided by their time to complete this artwork.

Return Damaged Goods
Return policy on damaged goods in transit. If there is an issue with shipping and the art work is damaged we will act for you in trying to get replacement value from the the shipping agents in question and if this value if obtained, we will be use the credit in replacing the damaged artwork.

Deposit
A 50% deposit required on all artworks purchased. The amount shown is the deposit amount. To proceed to purchase just click on the artwork required. Once payed your artwork can be scheduled to commence. On completion of your artwork and when ready to ship an invoice will be sent to you for the balance of the artwork . This invoice will also show the shipping cost.
